Graveside services for Dana Andrew Ward, 49, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006, at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Born on April 17, 1957, in Wilson, Okla., to Joy and L.A. Ward, he died on Oct. 15, 2006, in Oklahoma City. He was preceded in death by his father.
He was retired/disabled oil field worker and pipe fitter who began working in that field since the age of 20. He was employed by Wal-Mart at the time of his death.
His favorite past-time was watching NASCAR.
Survivors include his mother, Joy Ward, Ardmore; brothers, Verlin and wife, Kathy Ward, Lone Grove, and Donald and Sharron Ward, Ardmore; a sister, Dana Nicole Ward Jones and husband Shad, Ardmore; stepchildren, Pamela Hoskins, Chatty Harbeson, of Texas, and Brandon Harbeson, Lone Grove.
