MRS. FLORENCE W. BARLOW
Mrs. Florence Ward Barlow, 84, widow of Albert Barlow, life long resident of Aurelius Twp., died Saturday evening at the home of Mamie Antill in Macksburg where she was cared for during the past six months.
A short service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Doudna & McClure's. Further services will be held at 2 p.m. at the Macksburg Methodist Church. She was a member of the Smith Ridge Methodist Church.
Mrs. Barlow was born in the Macksburg neighborhood Oct. 21, 1867, and was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Elliott Ward. She was married to Albert Barlow Aug. 30, 1889. He died Aug. 31, 1929.
Survivors are two sons and one daughter, Carl Barlow, Ward Barlow and Mrs. Luther Thompson, all of Macksburg. There are nine grandchildren. Joseph Ward of Elba is the surviving brother.
