Assistant Attorney General Titus Informs Forest County District Attorney as to Rights - Appleton Woman Who Was Near the Tragedy Tells her Story.

CRANDON, Wis., Sept 17 - The coroner's investigation into the death of Mrs. Frances Walsh who was shot dead August 22 last, was concluded Saturday night when the jury returned a verdict which is described as a double header. It fines that the woman was killed be a bullet from a pistol, discharged while J.A. Walsh and Frances Walsh were alone in their room together and that said J.A. Walsh is responsible for the shooting either in person or by unkind treatment towards said Frances Walsh." Lawyer says that no warrants can be legally issued upon such a verdict.
