Robert Edward Lee Waller Jr. was born in Mount Vernon (Posey), Indiana on December 30, 1930 to Robert Edward Lee Waller Sr. and Migonette L. (Wynn) Waller. He was in the US Army and a Korean war veteran. Robert is one of 8 children; Martha Waller, Calvin Waller, William Edmond Waller, Jeanette (Waller) Dimmitt, Kathleen Augusta (Waller) Steward, Eva Beatrice Waller, and Leona (Waller) Jennings. Robert died at 42 years old, and is laid to rest at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Mount Vernon (Posey), Indiana.
