Migonette was born September 3, 1899 to Rev. William A. and Hattie (Mitchell) Wynn. She was one of three children: sister, Lula Mae and brother, Richard. She married Robert E. Lee Waller Sr. in 1919, and from this union 8 children were born; Calvin Waller, Martha Waller, William Edmond Waller, Jeanette (Waller) Dimmitt, Kathleen Augusta (Waller) Steward, Robert E. Lee Waller Jr., Eva Beatrice Waller, and Leona (Waller) Jennings. She died on April 18, 1950 at the age of 50 and was laid to rest in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Mount Vernon (Posey), Indiana.
