Mrs. Agnes WALLACE BOWLAND, 75, wife of George BOWLAND of Carnegie, formerly of Sturgeon, died Saturday, March 7, 1964, following a lingering illness. A daughter of the late John and Mary CATHERWOOD WALLACE, she was born July 27, 1888, in Noblestown. Besides her husband, she leaves five sons, John of R. D. 3, McDonald, Russell of Columbus, Ohio, Raymond of Oakdale, M/Sgt. Gladden of Charleston, S. C., and M/Sgt. Kenneth of Laredo, Texas: three daughters, Mrs. Aida Vere OLIVER of McKees Rocks, Mrs. Gladys HUNTER of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Wilhelmina MASQUELIER of McDonald, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret GORMAN of Sepulveda, Calif. Funeral services were held March 11 in Carnegie in charge of the Rev. Cain SMITH, pastor of the First Christian Church, Carnegie. Burial was in Robinson's Run cemetery.
