JOHNSON, SARAH ELIZABETH age 85 of Powell, TN formerly of Lafollette passed away Friday, June 1, 2007 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Knoxville. Preceded in death by husband: Herman Johnson, parents: Jasper and Julia Dupuy Walden, sons: R.L. Woodrow, Benjamin, and Arvil Tidwell, brothers: Tom, Isaac, and Jake Walden, sisters: Mae and Tempe Bolton. Venie Hignite and Tilda Walden. Survived by sons and daughters in law: James Franklin and Donna Tidwell of Lafollette. Clellan and Nancy Tidwell of Pioneer; daughter and son in law: Julie and Bruno Pauletto of Powell, TN; daughter in law: Rose Tidwell of Lafollette; step children: Michael Johnson of Georgia, H.L. Johnson of TN and Gary Johnson of Pikeville, TN; 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 3 PM Sunday, June 3, 2007 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Delmus Bruce officiating. Interment will follow in Campbell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Martin Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
