Wachter, Irving N., of Phoenix, passed away on February 5, 2011. A retired clothing manufacturer born in Poland, Irving was a Holocaust survivor and educator who spoke about his personal experiences in concentration camps to be a living witness to what happened. He was the Recording Secretary of the First Plancher Benevolent Society and a member of Beth Joseph Congregation. Irving was the beloved husband of Lila, father of Stuart, Allan and Eileen and grandfather of 8. Graveside services were held in Phoenix on Sunday, February 6th.
