Josephine Wranovsky, 74, of 617 Chicago St., Manitowoc, died Thursday afternoon in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9:30 am Monday in Parkside Funeral Home and 10 am in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Zimmer will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Wranovsky was born March 17, 1904 in the Town of Carlton,Kewaunee County, daughter of the late Wencil and Anna Skornicka Wranovsky. She was educated in Kewaunee area schools and had been employed with Mirro Aluminum Co., retiring in 1969. Miss Wranovksy was a member of Sacred Heart Parish and Daughters of Isabella.
Survivors include a brother, Anthony of Francis Creek; a sister, Lucille Wranovsky of Manitowoc; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Helen Wranovsky of California and eight nieces and nephews, Clarence J. Klinkner, Mrs. Martin (Doris) Severson, Mrs. Murial Pratt and Mrs. Milton (Ione) Specht of Manitowoc, Jerome E. Klinkner of Two Rivers, Mrs. Ray (Alice) Lukes of Denmark and Howard Wranovsky and Mrs. Audrey Nash of California. A brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Parkside Funeral Home 4 pm to 9 pm Sunday where a parish prayer service will be 7 pm and a prayer service by Daughters of Isabella at 8 pm.
