A special correspondent for New Straitsville to a Cincinnati paper says:
Lemuel Webb was fatally injured at Logan last night.He had went from there to attend the Hocking County Fair, and before night was so beastly drunk he did not know which train to take home. He got on the Athens train and was put off in the lower end of the Hocking Valley yards, and while endeavoring to get back to the depot, he staggered on to the track just in front of a moving train, resulting in the loss of both legs just below the knees, and probably
his life.
