Nelda H. Peters, 89, of Olathe, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, February, 4, 2012 at Maple Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7-9 P.M. Friday, February 3, 2012 at Maple Hill Funeral Home. Nelda was born on November 25, 1922 to Henry and Emma Voss. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Kansas City, KS. She later moved in with her daughter and became a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, William (Frank) Peters; daughter, Charlotte Kay Vandenberg; son-in- law, Gary Wallace, 5 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by her sons, Dennis L. (Cora Lee), Jim A. (Sandy), Bill H. and Randy W. (Linda) Peters; daughter, Ruth Ann Wallace; and son-in-law, Ed Vandenberg. 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
