Mrs. Viola Jeanette Heroth, 79, of Ft. Plain, died Thursday, August 5, 2004 at the St. Johnsville Nursing Home, after a brief illness.
She was born March 6,1925, in Stone Arabia, a daughter of the late Charles and Eva Peeler Vosburgh.
Mrs. Heroth was a graduate of Canajoharie High School.
She was employed as a glove maker for local glove companies until her retirement.
Viola was a member of the Canajoharie Reformed Church, and bowled in several area leagues.
On September 7, 1946 she married Robert L. Heroth he died January 26, 1978.
Survivors include one son Vance Heroth of Ft. Plain; one daughter Durene Alter of Ft. Plain; two grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
