The death of Muriel Pickard of Minto occurred Thursday, October 11, 2012 in the Duffy Unit of the Oromocto Public Hospital.
Born in Thorburn, NS, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Angèle (Dumont) Villers.
Muriel is survived by a son Dawson Pickard (Bonnie) of Briggs Corner; a daughter Ruby Jones (Glendon) of Quispamsis; sisters Catherine Robichaud (Carl Egers) of Hardwood Ridge and Elsie Donovan (Paul) of Centerville; sister-in-law June Pickard of Sypher’s Cove; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Muriel was predeceased by her husband Buster and sister Louise Robichaud.
In keeping with Muriel’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations made to the Trinity United Church would be appreciated by the family.
