Rosa V. Hernandez of Rialto, a native of Mexico, lived in Rialto for 31 years, died Tuesday at the U.S. Family Care Medical Center in Montclair at the age of 75; the cause of death is unknown, pending a doctor's report. She was a member of St. George's Catholic Church in Bloomington and was survived by her husband, Salvador P., five sons, Salvador V. and Robert V, both of Rialto, Juan V. of Newberry Springs, Gilbert V. of Victorville and Manuel V. of Hesperia, four daughters, Magdalena H. Castro, Genoveva H. Ochoa and Angelita H. Lopez, all of Rialto, and Theresa of Victorville, 46 grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Rosary at 6 p.m. at McNearney Family Mortuary in Rialto with Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. George's Catholic Church in Bloomington with burial to follow at Montecito Memorial Park.

from county records, Rosa Hernandez was born in Mexico on Feburary 17, 1919 to Juan Villa and Josefa Erera, both of Mexico. She married Salvador P. Hernandez and they lived at 554 East King Street in Rialto. She was a homemaker for 59 years and lived in the County for 68 years. She died on December 18, 1994 and McNearney Family Mortuary was handling the funeral arrangements.

Note: Double headstone, buried with Salvador Hernandez, CDI provided the dates(gives a birthyear of 1919), mother's maiden name of Erera and birthplace of Mexico, did not find in the SSDI
