Angela Marie (Godsey) Viers, 17, died at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, as the result of an automobile accident on the Paulding-Defiance County Line Road.
She was born March 23, 1986, in Bryan. She was the daughter of Roger and the late Patty (Cooper) Simpson. She was a junior at Vantage Vocational School in Van Wert, specializing in childhood development.
Surviving are her stepfather, Roger Simpson, of Cecil; two sisters, Nicole Hartman of Bethel Spring, Tenn., and Babette (Terry) Reiter of Hicksville; grandparents, Richard and Karen Cooper of Silver Springs, Fla., and Billie and Franklin Williams of Chandler, Ariz.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by grandparents George W. and Betty (Barlow) Simpson. Services were held Saturday, May 3, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding.
She is sadly missed by her friends and family.
