Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa., she was a career employee of the Dept. of Defense and she lived in Sewell, NJ for the past 20 years.
A member of the Church of the Incarnation, she was involved in church and community activities including the Marching Band Parents at Clearview High School.
Wife of Gordon L. Cunningham, she is also survived by her son Andrew; her mother Rose Verna and brothers Joseph Verna and John Verna.
