Laura worked for the telephone office at Brandon, Hill County, when she married Herbert Clinton Casey on December 21, 1913 at Hamilton, Hamilton Co., TX. They lived in McKinney, Collin County, then moved to Forth Worth in 1920. Laura was a member of the Poly Chapter 420, Order of Eastern Star.
She died at the home of her niece, Susie Brunson Stell, at Brownfield, TX. Funeral service was at 2pm in Harveson, Cole Chapel, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth.
