HELEN L. VANDERPOOL ARNOLD, age 65, of Moore, passed away August 16, 2003. She was born June 22, 1938, in Fittstown, Oklahoma, to Loyal Scott & Helen Monette Vanderpool.
Helen was a member of the Murray County Antique Tractor Association & worked for L&S Bearing for 20 years. She was married to Clifford Arnold on May 17, 2001 in Branson, MO.
Helen is survived by her husband Clifford Arnold, her mother Helen Vanderpool, 1 son Mark Vanderpool & wife Dawn, 1 brother Dale Vanderpool & wife Mary, 1 sister Vivian Cook & husband R.V., 4 stepchildren; Jimmy Arnold, Kery Arnold, Staci Webster, & Bonnie Tyler, & 10 step grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her father Loyal Scott Vanderpool, her 1st husband Martin Ruscher, & 1 son Danny Vanderpool.
Services: Wednesday, August 20, 2003, at the Southside Assembly of God at 419 S.E. 47th, OKC, OK, with Rev. Richard C. Girkin officiating. Interment at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, Oklahoma.
