Wayne E. VanBuskirk, age 67, passed away Feb. 25, 2009.
He was born Oct. 8, 1941, in Iowa to Dwain and Katherine VanBuskirk, and lived in Hesperia, Calif., for 12 years.
He is survived by two sons, John Welsh of Victorville and Patrick Welsh (and his wife Debbie) of Whittier; two daughters, Donna Forestel and Richard McGill of Lucerne Valley, and Sandi and Bob Gilbert of Wagoner, Okla.; one sister, Connie and Marion Judd of Whittier; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace, his parents and two brothers.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 16, at Desert View Memorial Park, 11500 Amargosa Road in Victorville.
