A.P. Van Wagoner Dies in Rochester
Had lived here 8 years. Funeral services to be held Saturday.
Amos P. Van Wagoner, 70 years old, of Rochester, died at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, at his home, 218 Main St., Rochester.
Mr. Van Wagoner had lived in Rochester 5 months, moving there after eight years in Pontiac. He was employed by the Eames and Brown Plumbing company. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America at Caro, Mich. He leaves two sons: Perry of Auburn Heights, and Amos Jr., of Pontiac, and seven daughters: Mrs. George Barden and Mrs. Colby Dennis both of Plymouth; Mrs. William Morgenthau and Mrs. George Cranmore, both of Flint, Mrs. J.F. Allison and Mrs. Albert Ripley, both of Rochester, and Mrs. Reginald Miller, Detroit.
Funeral service will be held at the Davis Funeral Home Saturday at 2 p.m. with Rev. H.H. Savage officiating. Burial will be held in Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
