Kate passed away on August 24, 2011. She was born in Boulder, Montana on February 3, 1929.
She married Robert W. Van Sickle on August 8, 1946.
She is survived by her children: Bob Van Sickle, Loraine Boston and Kathryn Johnson; sister, Loraine Hansen; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and son, Don.
Kate was an active member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and loved sharing her faith with others.
A memorial service will be held Friday, September 2, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 410 Ball St., Sedro-Woolley.
