Carolyn Van Lente, died quietly at home on Oct. 15, 2009, following a long illness. Though Carolyn had no living relatives, she had a remarkable extended family of loyal friends she loved over her lifetime. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Giles' Episcopal Church, 3025 Walters Ave., Northbrook, IL on Oct. 31, 2009, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Church.
