Martha A. Utley, 92, of Morganfield, died at 4:30 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011, at Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a life-long member of St. Ann Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Utley; her parents, Edward F. and Martha Elizabeth Pike Powell; and by two sons, Jerry Utley and Tom Utley. Survivors include three daughters, Margaret Murphy of Naples, Fla., Sue Greulick of Evansville and Rose Bumgarner of Morganfield; four sons, Joe Ray Utley and Jack Utley, both of Morganfield, Richard Utley of Evansville and Powell Utley of Greensburg, Ky.; two brothers, Father Pike Powell of Owensboro and Leonard Powell of Uniontown; 28 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Services were held Monday, April 11 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Morganfield with Father Richard Cash officiating. Burial was in St. Ann Cemetery in Morganfield.
