Catherine M. Walter, 79, of Niagara Falls died Thursday (Mar. 9, 1989) in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital there following a long illness.
She was born in Dansville, a daughter of Edwin and Margaret Upthegrove. She was the widow of William Forbes and Charles Walter.
Survivors are a son, Ronald Walter of Niagara Falls; a sister, Mrs. Carl (Helen) Fuhrman of Dansville; two grandchildren; a niece and two great-nephews.
Funeral Services were conducted Sunday in Niagara Falls. Burial was in Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville.
