Funeral services for George Geckon Underwood, Sr., who died Wednesday at his residence at Camden, were held Thursday afternoon at two o'clock at the Camden Baptist Church with the Rev. Roak conducting the services. Masonic services followed at the graveside in Underwood Cemetery Cemetery near LeGrande.
Survivors inelude his wife, Daisy Mae Underwood; one daughter, Mrs. Joe H. White of Birmingham; one son, (G.E.) E. B. Underwood, Jr.; his mother, Mrs. Ciddie Underwood of Sprague, Ala.; two sisters, Mrs. G. B.. Sneed of Sprague and Mrs. Leon Bedsole of Sprague; and two brothers, J. D. Underwood of Sprague and R. R. Underwood of Ramer.
