MRS. DANIEL BINGAMAN

Mrs. Daniel Bingaman, formerly of this county, passed away at her home in Riceton, Saskatchewan, Canada, on May 12th, 1914 at noon, after an illness of several weeks with uremic poisoning.

The remains were brought here last Saturday, accompanied by Mr. Bingaman and two children, Myrtle and Orion, and taken to Coal Glen, in Pleasant township, where funeral services were held Sunday forenoon at 11 o'clock, conducted by Rev. James Bingaman of Des Moines, a brother-in-law of the deceased. Interment took place at Coal Glen.

Adella Umbenhower was born in Marion county, Iowa, on August 20th, 1869. She was married in this county on January 26th, 1886, to Daniel C. Bingaman. To this happy union twelve children were born, nine of whom are living. Three preceded the mother to the life beyond.

Mrs. Bingaman united with the Methodist Episcopal church at Coal Glen when a mere child and has lived a faithful, consistent Christian life, saying she was ready to go. She had fought a good fight, finished the course, and was ready to receive the crown.

She leaves to mourn their loss her husband and nine children, her mother of this city, and four brothers and three sisters.
