Mrs. Anilton's maiden name was Anderson Caledonia Tunstill. Her name was shortened to Dona. She was often referred to as Aunt Doney.

MRS. DONNA ANILTON –

Mrs. Donna Anilton, 80, 917 7th Ave. SE, died Friday at 8 p.m. in a local hospital where she had been a patient for one week.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock this afternoon at Ninth Street Methodist Church. The body will lie in state from 1 until 2 p.m.

Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery with Brown directing. Pallbearers are to be Curtis Claborn, Hodie Lawrence, Eddie Harvell, Otto Reeder, John Butler, and Elton Stephenson.

The body is to remain at the funeral home until time to be taken to the church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. R.A. Sparkman, Decatur; two granddaughters, Mrs. E.C. Davis, Jackson, Miss; and Mrs. Marvin Yarbrough, Decatur; and one grandson, E.L. Sparkman, Cincinnati; two sisters, Mrs. J.R. Walker, Lakeshores, Miss; and Mrs. Robert Foote, Hartselle; and six great-grandchildren.
