Sherrie was survived by her loving mother Marilyn Pitney of Santa Fe; son Victor Paul Apple; brother Thomas Tuggle (wife Susan Baile) of Boulder, Colorado; sisters: Rebecca Tuggle of Albuquerque and Alana Tuggle of Charlottesville, Virginia; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Sherrie was valedictorian of the Class 1994 at Marist College; where she received her B.A. She was an Event Planner and Coordinator for the Chabad Lubavitch, Upper Montgomery County in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She was also a writer and poet. She fell in love with Santa Fe and decided this was the place to call home and retired here. One of her personal New Mexico goals was to be of resource of love and support for two precious great nieces, Hanja Murray and Giovannagrace Campbell. Her close family will miss Sherrie dearly.
