Cecil. A. Tuggle, 76, of Hot Springs passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2013. He was born September 25, 1936 in Bear Creek, AR to the late Monroe C. and Bula Alline Travis Tuggle. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and of the Baptist faith. Cecil was a retired do-nut shop co-owner and was the chairman of the Tuggle Clinic which was named in his honor. Cecil was a very kind man to everyone and especially to animals.
He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include one son, Cecil Eugene Tuggle of Arizona; two daughters, Michelle Schall of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Melissa Bayliss of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and his good friend, Mike Malancon.
A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday in Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel. There will be no services.
