Benton, Frances Irene, age 81, a resident of Columbiana, AL, formerly of Adamsville, passed away at Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation on Saturday, June 18, 2011. Funeral service will be at 2 PM, Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Summerhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 to 2 PM prior to the service at Bolton Funeral Home. Mrs. Benton is preceded in death by daughter, Brenda Sue McKinney. Mrs. Benton is survived by her husband, William Alfred Benton; son, Mike (Sandra) Benton; grandchildren, Kerri (Donnie) Lomas, Michael Benton, Jr., Mark Benton, Sherry (John) Ray, Donna (Bryan) Hallmark, Billie (Kelly) Young; 9 great grandchildren and numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
