Lee Tubb was a fisherman on the Trinity River and was also the ferry master for the ferry that crossed at the Alabama Crossing from Leon County into Houston County.
He was single at the time of his death, the son of AB Tubbs and Elizabeth Hogan. He died when his home burned to the ground due to unknown causes.
TB Featherstone was the informant on Mr. Tubb's death certificate.

When those we love have left this earth, we still can feel them near. We'll see a picture, hear a song, and it's just like they are here. And when we call upon our faith, when we believe and trust, we know the ones we care about are always close to us.|
