Loving wife and mother Patty Cooper, 51, suddenly went home to be with the Lord September 13, 2013. She was born September 25, 1961 in New Castle, and resided most of her life in Anderson. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Billy Cooper and her three children, Tiffany Cooper, Samantha Cooper, and Justin Troxell, all of Anderson; three brothers, Bradley Troxell of Anderson, Gary (Phyllis) Troxell of Mooreland and Kermitt (Jennie) Troxell of Markleville; grandchildren, Jasiah Deloney, Jayshawn Deloney, Jaelyn Deloney, Malaysia Cooper, Maleiyah White, Dacovin White, all of Anderson, Nevaeh Troxell and Nolan Troxell of Fort Wayne. Also surviving are special friends, Rennetta Harris and Joyce Burnsworth. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Thelma Troxell and grandson Jayden Maleik Deloney. "Rest in heaven mom you are a beautiful special person the best mother and grandmother anyone could have ever asked for. We all love and miss you, you will never be forgotten."
