Shawnee resident Beulah Leoma "Pete" (Trimble) Hibben, 86, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22.
She was born Dec. 24, 1918, in Brooken to Thomas Austin Trimble and Mandue Belle (La Ferry) Trimble.

She was married to T.D. Hibben on June 18, 1936. They have lived in Shawnee since 1943 and were members of the Oklahoma Bluegrass Club.

Leoma was a homemaker and longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Shawnee.

Survivors include, her husband, T.D. Hibben of the home; one son Tommy Hibben and wife, Kathy, of Shawnee; three daughters, Joan Williams of Meeker, Mary Rhodes and husband, Don, of Shawnee and Patsy and Grant Rhodes of Stratford; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

There will be no services. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, at Gaskill Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice, 3700 N Kickapoo Suite 104 in Shawnee.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gaskill Funeral Home in Shawnee.
