Earldine H. Christensen, 73, formerly of 132 Prospect St., died at 2 a.m. Tuesday (Feb. 1, 2005) in Lutheran Retirement Home. She was born Jan. 2, 1932, in Panama, the daughter of Earl and Minnie Dewey Trask. She had been an activity aide at the Adult Day Care Center at Christ First United Methodist Church, by Chautauqua County Office for the Aging and as a healthcare aide by Chautauqua Opportunities. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Residents Council at the Lutheran Retirement Home, where she also played the chimes and was a member of the chorus. She is survived by a daughter, Jacqueline F. Bardo of Jamestown; four sons: Donald Christensen of Petersburg, Va., Ronald Christensen of Jamestown, Duane Christensen of Oxford, Mich., and Eddie Christensen of Westfield; an adopted daughter, Tammy Martin of Oxford, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers: Fred Spoon of Leroy, N.Y., and William Spoon of Lakewood; two sisters: Darlene Shivlins of Forestville and Shirley Bigelow of Frederick, Md.; two stepsisters: Millie Trask and Mary Louise Rouse, both of Jamestown; and three stepbrothers: Bob Boutelle of South Carolina, Roy Boutelle of Miami and Earl Boutelle of Houston. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Fred Spoon; two stepmothers: Myrtle Delgado and Millie Trask; her companion, Richard Bouquin; and two brothers: Jim and Robbie Spoon. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.
