She was born Dec. 1, 1922, south of Bunker Hill to John Matthew and Nora Alice (Penix) Trapp. She attended country schools.
She married Jacob Anschutz Jr. on Nov. 15, 1939, in Ellsworth. He preceded her in death July 1, 2002. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Gary Anschutz, Galatia; two daughters, Dianna R. Wise, Seattle, and Rebecca Keil, Russell; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church; burial in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday with family present to greet friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.
Memorials are suggested to St. John Lutheran Church or Russell County Relay For Life in care of the mortuary.
