Ruby Chitwood, 71, of Winfield, passed away in the Granview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio Thursday, December 3.
She was the daughter of the late Mart Trammell and the late Rose Duncan Trammell, a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Edd Chitwood of Winfield, three sons, Jack Chitwood of Crescent Springs, Ky., Robert Chitwood of Ludlow, Ky., Eddie Chitwood of Louisville, Ky., three daughters, Mrs. Lana Davis of New Carlile, Ohio, Mrs. Robertine Potocki of Warren, Michigan, Mrs. Lorene Wolsey of Detroit, Michigan, two sisters, Bertha Chitwood and Mrs. Betty Walker, both of Winfield, one brother Dock Trammell of Winfield, twenty grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted from the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 5 with the Rev. J. W. Blevins and Rev. Howard Walker officiating. Burial followed in the Chitwood Cemetery. West Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
