Mrs. Broach died Tuesday, April 1, in a Florence hospital. She was born in Lynchburg, daughter of the late William and Letha Farrell Trader. She was married to the late David L. Broach, who died in 1992. She was a housewife, was very attentive to her family and was a member of the First Church of God of Reformation in Florence.
Surviving are a son, David L. (Martha) Broach Jr. of Charlotte, N.C.; a daughter, Joanne (Joe) B. Locklair of Darlington; five grandchildren, David L. Broach III, Cheryl York, Dale Locklair, David "Bubba" Locklair and Randy Locklair; 10 great–grandchildren; and a brother, Marvin Trader of Florence.
