Barbara Weast Toney
Barbara passed away Sat. April 26, 2014 after a tough fight against lung cancer.
Barb was born Jan. 14, 1949 in Boise, ID to parents Robert and Jean Weast. She graduated from Emmett High School in 1967.
She married Darrell Toney Sr. in 1968 and had 3 children, Tina, Tesa, and Jay. They later divorced. In 1989, along came her sweet surprise Kayla.
Some of Barb's favorite days were the ones she spent with her grandchildren. They were always in good hands when they were with their "granny" they love so dearly. She also looked forward to Sunday dinners at her dad's and watching "Columbo" with him.
Barb was an amazing, loving, and caring soul who would be there for whoever needed her. She was our rock and the glue who held it together.
Those left to cherish her memory include: Her parents Robert & Jean Weast, her sister Kathy Hall, her brothers Rick & Karl Weast, her children Tina (Steve) Buckley, Tesa, Jay, Kayla (Alex) Vasquez, her grandchildren Nicholas, Hanah, Izabella, Dominick, Donovan, her great-grandson Nevin, and so many nieces and nephews she loved as her own.
Those who proceeded her in death waiting with open arms include: her brother Larry Weast, her brother-in-law Lenard Hall, her maternal & paternal grandparents, and many more family and friends she missed.
