Mrs. Emma Albert, 84, died late Saturday might at the Calumet Homestead in New Holstein after a lingering illness. She had resided there since 1957.
Born Sept. 20, 1880, in the Town of Stockbridge, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs Hans Timm, attended schools in the Town of Chilton, and was married to Alvin E. Albert on June 24, 1903, in New Holstein. Her husband died about 15 years ago.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Edward (Marian) Sturm of Kirkland, Wash.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, William Timm of Chilton, and a sister, Mrs. A. R. Pomranke of Chilton.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral Home in New Holstein. The Rev. Charles A Koch, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ in New Holstein will officiate, and burial will be in the New Holstein cemetery.
