Buddy did a great deal of work and research on Findagrave and enjoyed genealogy greatly.
Buddy's mother, Annie Belle, was a widow of two years and fell in love with a Mr. O'Kelly. She became pregnant with Buddy. Her other children were proud of their mother's courage to have her baby without support from Mr. O'Kelly. Buddy's half siblings were Virginia Evelyn, Louis Alonzo, Annie Laurie and Barbara Mae, and loved him dearly.
