Funeral services for Analo Tillotson Arnold, of McCall Creek, are 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 25, at New Salem Baptist Church in McCall Creek with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
Mrs. Arnold, 96, died June 23, 2011, at Golden Living Center - Brook Manor in Brookhaven. She was born in McCall Creek on Sept. 25, 1914, to Henry V. Tillotson and Kate Lofton Tillotson. She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband of 57 years, William Aubrey Arnold; her daughter, Lynn Baker; her granddaughter, Dianne Priest; her brothers, Grady Tillotson, Leroy Tillotson, Wesley Tillotson, Sherrill Tillotson, Kirby Tillotson and Fendrick Tillotson; and her sisters, Eddice Cupit and Wilena Wactor.
Survivors are her sons, Rogers Arnold and wife, Marlene, and Sidney Arnold and wife, Elaine, of McCall Creek; her daughter, Katherine Lofton and husband, Pat, of Epps, La.; her sister, Cleo Freeman, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; her grandsons, Billy Arnold, of Smithdale, Michael Arnold, of McCall Creek, Lanny Arnold, of Ocean Springs, Scott Lofton, of West Monroe, La., Gerry Arnold, of Independence, La., Tom Lofton, of Epps, Tim Baker, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Matt Baker, of Natchez; her granddaughter, Carole Griffin, of Frisco, Texas; 15 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
