She was survived by daughters, Mrs Ida Ibert and Mrs Minnie Tutwiler, both of Houston; sons, Robert H. and Grogan Scott, both of Houston; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren (from obituary, Hollywood Cemetery Burial applications 1949, Image 155).
She is buried in the William Henry Hollywood family plot, along with her sister, Emma (Thurmond) Pullen Quelch. She does not have a marker.

According to my records, her Father's name was: Pulaski Adolphus Thurmond, MD. who was B: 12 Aug 1818 and D: 20 Oct 1878.
He was a Physician, and also served as a State Legislator for the State of Texas.
There were SIX Family members in all, that served in this capacity for Texas.
One of Pulaski Thurmond's older Brothers was named: Alfred Sturgis Thurmond, and was the First to serve.
