Sherry died unexpectedly at a Bangor hospital. She was the wife of Hervey E Clay,and the daughter of Willmont and Jean Harris Thurlow.
Sherry grew up in Enfield and attended Enfield Schools. She graduated from Penebscot Valley High School in 1968.
She and Hervey married on June 21, 1969. She was a very family oriented person, and loved getting together with her family.
She was a member of the First Bible Baptist Church of Lincoln.
Sherry is survived by her parents and husband. She is also survived by four children and their spouses, Vicki and Steve Dickey, Stephen and Annette Clay, Katie Clay and Samuel and Breanah Clay, all of Lincoln, six grandchildren, three brothers, two sisters, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
