Arthur Thompson is my grandfather on my father's side. His birth year is wrong on his headstone and the memorial information. It should be Dec 19, 1888 not 1887. I have a copy of his Draft Registration Card that he completed and signed himself. He wrote his birthday as December 19, 1888. Can this information be changed?
