Services for Eula Thompson Redd-Broughton, 83, Tyler, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. E.R. Murrell officiating.
Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, Flint, under direction of Brooks-Sterling & Garrett Funeral Directors, Tyler.
Ms. Broughton died Oct. 2, 2008, in Tyler.
She was born Aug. 10, 1925, in Chandler to the late Reely Doss and Mary V. Shelton Thompson, where she grew up and attended public schools. She was a cook at Tyler Independent School District, and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lennie Redd, and son, Willie D. Redd.
Survivors include son, Hiawatha Dean Jr.; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 5-9 p.m. today at 919 S. Tubbs Ave.
