She was 76 years old. She was buried beside her husband, Hugh. She was a native of Macon, Mo., and came to Globe from Los Angeles in 1898. About 1944 she went to live with her daughter, Mrs. H. V. Wingfiled in Chandler. She was also survived by a son, Lester H. Rice of Phoenix.
