{from The Siloam Republican} C.S. Thomason, better known as Uncle Si, died at his home northeast of town on Tuesday morning, aged 78 years, and the remains were interred at Bloomfield at ten o'clock Wednesday, the funeral services being conducted by The Masonic fraternity. Mr. Thomason came to Benton county in 1867 and at one time was owner of what is now known as Beauchamp's addition to Siloam Springs.
