STERLING, UT-Lillie Thomas, 93, of Sterling, Utah, passed away May 14, 2008, at her home in Sterling.
She was born August 24, 1914, in Sterling, Utah, to Nels Elroy and Ethel Ollerton Larsen. She married John Evan Thomas on September 9, 1931, in Manti, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on July 16, 1945. He preceded her in death on October 17, 1975.
She is survived by her children, Nedra Allred, Clearfield; Billy Evan (Carolyn) Thomas, Richfield; daughter-in-law, Wilma Thomas, West Jordan; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; sister, Dorthella Ludvigson, Ephraim. She was preceded in death by her husband, Evan; son, Sheldon J. Thomas; son-in-law, Ace L. Allred; parents; siblings, Alvin (Pharis) Larsen; Dora (Glen) Otten; and brother-in law, Lafe Ludvigson.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008, at 12 Noon in the Sterling LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Ward Chapel in Sterling on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and again at the Ward Chapel on Monday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Burial will be in the Sterling Cemetery.
