An Army veteran, she was a member of Restoration Worship Center in Radcliff and was owner of the Encouragement Shop in Radcliff.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Francis Carter; and stepmother, Rose Wagner.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Thomas; a son, Jerome Thomas of Radcliff; her mother, Catherine Hagan of Taunton, Mass.; her father, Paul Wagner of Taunton; a brother, Steven Wagner of Fall River, Mass.; five sisters, Robin Marshall of Berkley, Mass., and Donna Wagner, April Reynolds, Barbara Carter and Ellen Levesque, all of Taunton; along with several nieces and nephews.
Burial with military honors will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.
