Mrs. Richardson was born July 12, 1936 in Tyler, the daughter of the late Buren and Pearl Tomlin Thedford. She had lived in Tyler most of her life, living in Palestine for 10 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh L. Richardson Jr. in 2001; and son, Mike McKinzie. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki McKinzie; sister, Maxine Thomason; stepdaughter, Marilyn Holmes and husband Matt; grandchildren, Jason McKinzie and wife Ashley, Sammy and Doug McKinzie, Mason Holmes, Adam Richardson; great-granddaughter, Destiny Hunter.
